Art of living day 2

Day 2 -Art of Living Part One Sooner and later when nature is abused it retaliates. Too much materialismand too spiritual is not good. Alcohol compresses the perceptory nerves Open mind vs closed mind. I know itall. Vs  I know it, but there' s more to know. Be happy NOW. Not for something in the future.  Abundance flows to those in gratitude. When you give 10 compliments and 1 insult, you'll remember just the insult. Its the sign of a diseased mind.  Happiness comes with you put 100% in what you do.  No reason to be happy, but you need a reason to be unhappy. Putting your all its contentment, fulfilment, satisfaction.  When there is 100% there is fulfilment. Keep your hands 100% busy, heart 100% full of love, and mind 100 empty of thoughts. Trying is a half hearted action. Implies failure. Put 100% in whatever you do. Simple.  Every sound impacts your nervous system. Aum isthe first sound , oldeest recorded. Non religious.Earht rotating on its axis same sound as aum.  Immense purifing impact on the body A sound is creativity so you feel it in the med section. Chanting a a purifies that region. U sound is associated with the operating system, the chest region, lungs, heart, kidneys. Only sound and energy can pass thru the nerves. These purifies these regions.  M sound is associated with the head region.  Destruction.  God - generator, operator, destroyer One of these energies dominate the other 2, Hence imbalance Chanting AUM 70% is AU and balance 30% is M SKY sudhashan kriya yoga: Home work: 1. What do you take responsibility for: kids, wife, parents. My own actions. For my character and integrity 2. What do you not take responsibility for? Anything outside my circle of control.  To what i' m not committed to.  For the thoughts of others.  Prayanam: 3. 8 cycles of ujai breath with hands on hips, the 8 at armpit, then 6 at shoulder blades 4,4,6,2 4. Forceful breathing 3 sets of 20 (brastika) Then AUM after that.
